Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Inform employees about the policies, regulations, procedures, and managerial decisions.
  • Review and submit Monthly Payroll reports.
  • Reviewing employees & workers requests on HR System.
  • Update employees' personal files to ensure compliance with labor and social insurance law, Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Preparing and submitting all HR periodical and requested reports.
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Follow up the health and life insurance programs.
  • Helping in hiring process steps for Factory (white-collar and blue-collar).
  • Contributing in Training, PMS, and the Annual Appraisal Process.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (Specially in Personnel tasks).
  • HR Management and HR Operations skills.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
