Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
-Develop recruitment strategies for construction & infrastructure projects
-Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals
-Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
-Recruit technical staff, administrative employees, and skilled/unskilled labor
-Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports
Conduct interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding support
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
-Experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure sector preferred
-Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
