Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, targeting specific skill sets.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Has experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including online job boards and social media platforms.
