Job Description

As an HR Recruiter specializing in construction recruitment, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the construction industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate journey. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specific to construction roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role specifications.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct thorough and professional interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Negotiate job offers and extend employment proposals to successful candidates.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized database of potential and current candidates.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and networks.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare detailed recruitment reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and confidential relationships.
  • Strong decision-making skills to effectively evaluate and select candidates.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and human resource best practices.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
