Role Overview
Karma Sugar Company is seeking a high-impact Remote Recruitment Consultant based in India to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts for our Riyadh, KSA headquarters.
we need a strategic partner who views recruitment as an art form.
You will act as our primary talent "gatekeeper," owning the front-end of the recruitment funnel—from deep-dive sourcing to conducting preliminary technical and cultural interviews.
Scope of Work (Deliverables)
Talent Mapping: Conduct precision outreach to identify top-tier, passive talent within the food industry.
CV Scrutiny: Rigorously vet and filter CVs against specific technical requirements and seniority levels.
Preliminary Interviewing: Lead initial video/phone screenings to evaluate English fluency, technical competence, and relocation readiness for Saudi Arabia.
Shortlist Management: Provide high-quality, pre-vetted candidate dossiers to the Riyadh HR department for final selection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition or Headhunting.
Location: Must be based in India with a stable remote-work setup.
The "Hunt": Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and modern headhunting tools.
Language: Native or bilingual fluency in English (essential for candidate screening).
Track Record: Proven ability to "close" niche roles. (Be ready to discuss your success ratios).
