Job Description

The HR Recruitment Specialist is a vital role within our organization, tasked with overseeing the recruitment and hiring process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates. This professional is responsible for understanding the staffing needs of various departments, developing effective recruitment strategies, and executing hiring plans that align with the company s objectives. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you'll work closely with managers and department heads to comprehend their hiring needs. You ll utilize your expertise to source candidates, conduct interviews, and follow up on the hiring process. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of human resources functions. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and represent the company at job fairs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills and fit for the company.
  • Manage candidate pools and nurture relationships with prospective talents for future roles.
  • Ensure all recruitment procedures adhere to employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present analytical recruitment reports to senior management on hiring trends.
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates to aid in their professional development.
  • Coordinate interview appointments, and manage recruitment timelines and event schedules.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employment.
  • Contribute to team meetings and assist in the development of recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role within HR departments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and techniques in varied industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management software.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidates' qualifications and hiring strategies.
