Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment activities through effective job postings and proactive candidate sourcing, and coordination of onboarding logistics. This role focuses on attracting qualified candidates by leveraging online platforms, professional networks, and recruitment channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential talent for various positions within the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in enhancing Palace Group’s ability to attract top professionals in the construction and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Advertising
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant job boards, company website, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Ensure all job postings are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with the company branding.
- Monitor and update active postings to maintain visibility and relevance.
Candidate Sourcing
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial CVs screening to shortlist potential candidates against role requirements.
Coordination and Support
- Share qualified profiles with the HR Manager for review.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and sourcing activities.
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with the HR Manager and the Finance Department to arrange travel and accommodation for new joiners, including ticket bookings and hotel arrangements.
- Collect and verify all required joining documents from selected candidates prior to onboarding.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates regarding joining instructions and logistics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and attract top talent efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Proactive and resourceful in finding the right candidates.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Professional and approachable in candidate interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
