Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new companies and identifying their recruitment, temporary or HR management needs.
  • Actively prospect for new clients (field, telephone prospecting, professional networks).
  • Present and sell INTERIMEO solutions with a consulting approach.
  • Manage the entire process of the client relationship: collecting needs, defining the profile, and monitoring the mission.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in the commercial strategy and the development of the local network.
  • Report market information (competition, opportunities, trends).
  • Ensure regular follow-up and build customer loyalty.
  • Achieve the sales and margin objectives set by management.
  • Contact the company's prospects and clients and present the company's services
  • Identify and diagnose the needs of prospects and clients in order to propose an appropriate offer
  • Transformation of detections and potentials
  • Plan your sales rounds and organize your contacts and placements.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up (contracts, quotes, reporting).
  • Participate in trade shows, fairs, and professional events to develop the network.
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, administration, and operations).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
  • Successful experience in the sale of BtoB services, ideally in the field of HR, temporary work, or consulting.
  • Experience in human resources administration
  • Relational ease, active listening, and a sense of customer service.
  • Knowledge of the HR sector
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and a taste for challenge.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze needs.
  • Sense of organization and autonomy in travel.
  • Mastery of office tools, CRM, and reporting.
  • Languages: Mastery of French (mandatory), English appreciated for international clients.
  • A salesperson who understands HR issues and knows how to speak the language of recruiters and managers.
