Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties

  • Recruiting Staff - This Includes Developing Job Descriptions And Person Specifications Preparing Job Adverts Checking Application Forms Short Listing Interviewing And Selecting Candidates Preparing Job Offers.
  • Conducting The Orientation And Socialization Process For The New Hires.
  • Arranging And Conducting Exit Interviews.
  • Forecasting The Turnover Rate Using The Trend Analysis And Recruiting Based Upon Expectation.
  • Preparing And Submitting All The Required Reports.
  • Handling All Employees Complains And Assisting Them To Understand And Implement The Policies And Procedures.
  • Follow Up With The New Hires And Take Necessary Actions Whenever Needed.
  • Dealing With Grievances And Implementing Disciplinary Actions.
  • Design Memos Upon Request.
  • Gathering And Keeping Employee Documents And Records.
  • Gathering Monthly Achievements Coaching Forms And Prepare Employee Profile Sheet For Each Employee.
  • Collecting Identifying And Communicating The Training Needs.
  • Administrating All Salaries And Benefits Payments.
  • Administrating All Medical Insurance Issues.
  • Continues Improvement And Self-Development.
  • Performing Other Related Tasks And Responsibilities As Assigned By The Direct Manager And The Management

General Administrative Duties

  • Preparing Periodic Reports With Respect To The Activities And Achievements To Be Submitted To The Direct Supervisor For Review.
  • Nominating A Deputy To Carry Out The Responsibilities Of The Position In Case Of Absence Or Whenever The Need Arises.
