Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties
- Recruiting Staff - This Includes Developing Job Descriptions And Person Specifications Preparing Job Adverts Checking Application Forms Short Listing Interviewing And Selecting Candidates Preparing Job Offers.
- Conducting The Orientation And Socialization Process For The New Hires.
- Arranging And Conducting Exit Interviews.
- Forecasting The Turnover Rate Using The Trend Analysis And Recruiting Based Upon Expectation.
- Preparing And Submitting All The Required Reports.
- Handling All Employees Complains And Assisting Them To Understand And Implement The Policies And Procedures.
- Follow Up With The New Hires And Take Necessary Actions Whenever Needed.
- Dealing With Grievances And Implementing Disciplinary Actions.
- Design Memos Upon Request.
- Gathering And Keeping Employee Documents And Records.
- Gathering Monthly Achievements Coaching Forms And Prepare Employee Profile Sheet For Each Employee.
- Collecting Identifying And Communicating The Training Needs.
- Administrating All Salaries And Benefits Payments.
- Administrating All Medical Insurance Issues.
- Continues Improvement And Self-Development.
- Performing Other Related Tasks And Responsibilities As Assigned By The Direct Manager And The Management
General Administrative Duties
- Preparing Periodic Reports With Respect To The Activities And Achievements To Be Submitted To The Direct Supervisor For Review.
- Nominating A Deputy To Carry Out The Responsibilities Of The Position In Case Of Absence Or Whenever The Need Arises.
