Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Prepare daily and monthly attendance (leaves Annual &Sick and etc.)Prepare monthly variable sheet.
Prepare monthly Overtime hours to calculate replacement days.
Assisting the Recruitment department in selecting and interviewing.
Handling the onboarding and resignation for all site employees.
Handling staff inquires on daily basis, if there are any questions.
Assist in handling medical issues Support in handling bank issues
Support and manage the daily work permits for casual labours.
Handling the transportations for site employees Support in manging the company housing.
Support in Manging the company meal allowance for the site employees.
Adhere to the company Policy.
Prepare HR-related reports when needed. Inform employees processes, rules and regulations.
