1.Over five (5) years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle EBS R 12
2.Completed 3 implementation cycles of Oracle EBS 12.2 at least
3.Have good cross module functional / technical knowledge in HCM modules
4.Solid experience in advanced modules
5.Ability to train users in Oracle EBS modules and help create training materials
6.Deep understanding of Oracle EBS configuration and architecture
7.Experience working with Oracle to resolve issues, report bugs
8.Have a technical development background
9.Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries, packages and perform basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
