Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all personnel activities including hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage employee files in compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Manage social insurance procedures, medical insurance, and government-related transactions.
- Follow up on attendance, leaves, vacations, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR letters, warnings, confirmations, and official correspondence.
- Support payroll inputs by providing accurate personnel data and updates.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel matters.
- Coordinate with other HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.
- Participate in audits and provide required HR documentation when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
