Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle attendance, leaves, and update employees database.
- Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare employment contracts and follow up on onboarding and exit procedures.
- Support in performance appraisal process and collect evaluation data.
- Address employees inquiries and follow up on complaints.
- Maintain and organize employees files (hard copy & soft copy).
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in the same industry).
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
