Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle attendance, leaves, and update employees database.
  • Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
  • Prepare employment contracts and follow up on onboarding and exit procedures.
  • Support in performance appraisal process and collect evaluation data.
  • Address employees inquiries and follow up on complaints.
  • Maintain and organize employees files (hard copy & soft copy).
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in the same industry).
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
