Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Support the full recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Facilitate employee orientation and training programs to ensure smooth integration and ongoing development.
- Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to HR practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in an HR specialist or generalist role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
