Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Support recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience supporting full-time, unlimited, and long-term employment types.
