Job Function :

Responsible for developing and implementing annual recruitment plan, including attracting and evaluating qualified candidates for various positions Supervise all stages of the recruitment process, including job vacancy announcements, selecting appropriate channels, and coordinating recruitment activities as well as internal transfers.

Job requirements :

Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources.

Professional certification or training in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD) or its equivalent.

Excellent understanding of leading practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Knowledge of global workforce planning systems and frameworks.

Familiarity with the Qatari Labor Law and the governmental procedures and regulations governing the workforce in the country.

Awareness of the guidelines and directives issued by the Qatar Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities.

Good understanding of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

Proficiency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
