Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel matters, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role involves collaborating with management to support staffing needs, onboarding new hires, and fostering a positive workplace culture and performing administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies. Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Proficiency in HR software and tools. Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting tight deadlines.
Experience in Forex/ Financial Industry is a must.
