Gestion administrative du cycle de vie des salari s selon la r glementation fran aise et les conventions applicables dans l'entreprise: gestion des contrats et des avenants, mise jour des donn es personnelles, suivi des visites m dicales, contr le des donn es RH...
Gestion d'activit s li es au Reporting social et r glementaire
Traitement de tous les processus en lien avec les outils de GTA : gestion des profils salari s, de leurs compteurs et leurs plannings, pr paration des l ments variables de paie, contr les de coh rence de l interface entre le syst me de GTA et la paie.
Suivi et contr le des actions en lien avec les quipes admin, RH et paie, partage des informations utiles, garantissant un travail collaboratif
Gestion des processus li s aux avantages sociaux des salari s, tels que les couvertures sant et pr voyance ainsi que les plans pargne.
Pr paration des l ments variables de paie et contr les associ s, conform ment au calendrier d fini
Comp tences exig es:
Niveau Bac+2 minimum (ou quivalent) en Ressources Humaines et/ou exp rience significative dans le domaine d'application fran ais
Fran ais professionnel
Connaissance de la r glementation fran aise RH
Ma trise du pack office et ma trise avanc e d Excel
Rigueur, souci de la qualit et des d lais, respect absolu de la confidentialit
Orientation clients et capacit travailler avec des salari s et des coll gues distance
Gestion des priorit s et sens de l organisation
Capacit travailler en quipe et de mani re autonome, en garantissant une excellente communication
Esprit analytique et de synth se
Adaptabilit au changement et capacit travailler dans un environnement matriciel
Comp tences souhait es :
Anglais professionnel
Connaissance de la nouvelle convention collective de la m tallurgie
Connaissance de SIRH, notamment Workday
Connaissance des outils de GTA (notamment Octime) et des r gles applicables en mati re de temps de travail

Main Responsibilities:
Administrative management of the employee lifecycle in accordance with French regulations and applicable company agreements: managing contracts and amendments, updating personal data, monitoring medical check-ups, verifying HR data, etc.
Handling activities related to social and regulatory reporting.
Managing processes linked to time and attendance tools: employee profile management, time-off balances and schedules, preparation of payroll variables, and consistency checks between the time tracking system and payroll.
Monitoring and coordinating actions with admin, HR, and payroll teams, sharing relevant information to ensure collaborative work.
Managing employee benefits processes, such as health and life insurance coverage and savings plans.
Preparing payroll variables and performing related checks in line with the defined calendar.
Required Skills:
Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) in Human Resources, or significant experience in the French HR field.
Fluent French
Knowledge of the French labor regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail, quality- and deadline-oriented, with strict confidentiality.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work with remote employees and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, ensuring excellent communication.
Analytical and synthesis skills.
Adaptability to change and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Preferred Skills:
Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the new French metallurgy collective agreement
Familiarity with HR systems, especially Workday.
Knowledge of time and attendance tools (particularly Octime) and applicable working time regulations.
