Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, scheduling technical interviews, and collecting feedback.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely selection and hiring decisions.
- Prepare candidate summaries and support in job offer processes.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline and re-post vacancies when needed.
Personnel:
- Handle employees personnel files and ensure all documents are complete and updated.
- Follow up on hiring documents, medical check-ups, and contract signing.
- Maintain accurate employee data (new hires, resignations, terminations, pensions, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and HR procedures.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Recruitment & selection techniques.
- Personnel operations and documentation.
- HR reporting & data management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in recruitment and personnel.
Strong knowledge of labor law & personnel procedures is preferred.
Very good command of English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
