Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates (white and blue collars), handling interviewing and evaluation processes.
  2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, vacations, etc.).
  4. Maintain up-to-date HRIS.
  5. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate payroll influence data.
  6. Implement training and development plans
  7. Handling governmental and private medical insurance issues
  8. Dealing with social insurance and labor office
  9. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HR Diploma
  • Strong experience in recruiting and head hunting
  • Automotive Industrial sector experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance law
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft office & Windows environment
  • Fluent in English Language
