Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion activities.
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within a fast-paced or customer-focused environment.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an on-site office environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support a variety of HR functions as needed.
