Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

Support managers and employees with HR-related queries, providing guidance on best practices and conflict resolution.

Coordinate and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote professional development and compliance.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as required.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and drive HR projects.

Familiar with all the HR policies and governmental paperwork.

Strong Experience in hiring blue collars.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Proven track record in managing HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
