Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR system workflows, reports, and analytics.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HR systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR processes and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR system upgrades and testing.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems
- Strong technical skills in HR system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in HR systems, such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud-based human resources (HR) systems.
