Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, overtime calculations, and payroll cycle inputs.
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, contracts, renewals, and confidential employee records.
Oversee social insurance procedures, including Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, and coordination with government offices.
Conduct regular audits on HR documents, attendance systems, and employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle employee relations inquiries and provide guidance on policies, disciplinary actions, and labor rights.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance during inspections, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports, including turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and payroll-related metrics.
Ensure proper handling of shift rotations, staff meals, uniform issuance, and other operational HR logistics common in F&B.
Participate in internal investigations and support disciplinary committees when needed.
Monitor and update the Excel sheet with accurate employee data and process-related transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

+1 years of experience in HR Operations.

MALES ONLY

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance regulations (mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
