Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Implement directives from senior management and align HR operations accordingly.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the allocation of human and material resources and ensure their effective utilization.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze administrative reports and present periodic updates to senior management.
  • Propose improvements and initiatives to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to achieve company goals.
  • Manage employee attendance, review payroll reports, and approve HR decisions related to hiring and performance.
  • Participate in senior management meetings and provide input on key decisions.
  • Communicate approved management decisions and updates to relevant teams.
  • Review and approve administrative forms and records.
  • Ensure effective time management to achieve business objectives.
  • Verify and approve contractor and supplier statements and claims.
  • Monitor sales team performance and assist in the development of marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Supervisor or Administrative Manager.
  • Professional training or certifications in HR or business administration are highly preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in cost management and budgeting, preferably supported by relevant training.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in modern HR tools and technologies.
  • Adaptability and ability to handle high-pressure or urgent situations professionally.
