Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee HR team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

Ensure adherence to company policies and Oman labor law.

Coordinate employee training programs and support professional development.

Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits management.

performance reviews and employee evaluations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management, General Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or CHRP will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.

Strong knowledge of Omani Labor Law and HR best practices.

Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Strong leadership skills with experience in implementing HR processes and initiatives.

Ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvement opportunities and best-practice solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High level of accountability, responsibility, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
