Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

• Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records

• Assist in HR reporting and documentation as required
