Roles & Responsibilities
1- Identify Training needs and create tailor development plans
2- Assist in developing training plans and schedules in line with business needs
3- Lead Onboarding and orientation program
4- Support in General HR activities, recruitment and performance management
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA in HR
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR focusing on Training
- Good presentation skills
- Previous experience in F&B/Hospitality is a plus
- Living in Jal El Dib
