Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with JAFZA manufacturing business goals, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for the manufacturing unit, from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback, to enhance employee productivity within the manufacturing environment.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment in the JAFZA factory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD, demonstrating professional HR expertise.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, specifically in JAFZA.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, including those specific to JAFZA.
