Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate workforce needs, crafting proactive HR solutions that drive business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to management on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal compliance, including compensation and benefits.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions for improved organizational performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
- Experience in the Technology Industry is a plus.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
