Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitating and training in the field of security.
- Facilitating continuous improvement in HSE.
- Raising awareness and training by instilling respect for the environment, induction of subcontractors.
- Monitoring of HSE performance.
- Accident and incident management.
- Provide assistance to victims if needed.
- Contribute to risk analysis.
- Communicate and propose corrective actions.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of 5S.
- Issue work permits and ensure compliance with safety rules throughout the work.
- Close the work permits and archive them.
- Ensure safety in terms of lockout/tagout.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ability to analyze risks and formulate recommendations to mitigate them.
- Good communication and awareness-raising skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- My mastery of computer tools.
- Knowledge of standards and tools for continuous improvement.
- Sense of confidentiality.
