Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols tailored to specific industries, ensuring they are effectively communicated and understood by all employees.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, outlining violations and recommending corrective actions to management.
  • Conduct incident investigations to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably in high-risk industries such as construction or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, with a strong ability to interpret and apply them in a workplace setting.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly in regions with diverse workforces.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent recognized safety qualifications.
  • Physical ability to conduct site inspections, including walking long distances and negotiating various terrains.
