Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to assess compliance with HSE regulations and standards, identifying potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspection findings and communicate them effectively to management and employees to foster a culture of safety.
- Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of various teams to enhance their understanding of safety practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that safety measures are integrated into all stages of project planning and execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred for credibility in HSE practices.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
- A strong understanding of local HSE regulations and international standards is crucial for effective compliance management.
