Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HSE activities within the offshore fabrication yard.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Promote a strong HSE culture across all levels of the workforce.
  • Advise Yard Management on HSE risks, performance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Local statutory regulations and labor laws
  • Client and project-specific HSE requirements
  • Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Risk Assessments
  • Method Statements
  • Permit to Work (PTW) system
  • Heavy fabrication and lifting operations
  • Welding, cutting, and hot works
  • Electrical works and commissioning readiness
  • Painting, blasting, and hazardous material handling
