Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer for an Oil & Gas pipeline construction project. The candidate must have strong experience in construction safety and GCC project exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and client safety requirements.

• Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Monitor pipeline construction activities to ensure safe working practices.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.

• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH IGC (completed before August 2021 – mandatory).

• NEBOSH certificate must be email verifiable.

• Minimum 3 years GCC experience in Oil & Gas / Pipeline Construction.

• Strong experience in construction field safety.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum qualification required).

• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Strong coordination skills with site team and client representatives.

• Strong understanding of risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety audits.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to promote a strong safety culture on site.

Work Environment:

• Site-based, working closely with construction and operations teams.

• Office reporting to HSE Manager and project management as required.
