HSE Officer TOP CREATIVE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

Responsible for executing site construction activities in alignment with project plans and safety standards.

Manages and coordinates PMC teams, vendors, and EPC contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Collaborates closely with the operations team to align construction workflows with operational requirements.

Maintain & ensure that proper HSSE and mandatory signs are available and visible at required locations.

Participate in the implementation of the Safety management programs and conducts site inspections to identify Hazards/Risks, suggest control measures/corrective action needs.

Assist the Fire and Rescue Team during all types of accidents and disasters, while also supporting the Safety Engineer by providing emergency medical aid and rescue services.

Maintain record of all work carried out and in progress as well as history card for each firefighting &lifesaving equipment. Ensure that Company HSSE regulations are complied with.

Ensure that all New Employees, Visitors undergo prescribed induction training according to procedures and impart refresher training to existing employees.

Patrol daily on regular basis to check and inspect various installations and locations such as pumps, diesel engines, hydrants, tanks, gas concentrations etc. and ensure that the operational level is in accordance with Company standard and report to safety engineer.

Ensures service ability of portable H2S & Hydrocarbon detectors, Multi Gas Detectors, 4 Runner Gas Detectors. Maintain records of calibration and replenishment.
