Job Summary:

Elegancia Watersolutions is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to support and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across our operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in maintaining swimming pools, water features, fountains, and sports or stadium facilities, with a strong understanding of Qatar’s HSE regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain company HSE policies and procedures in alignment with Qatar regulatory standards and corporate guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of swimming pools, water features, and sports facility maintenance activities to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.
• Supervise safe chemical handling, storage, and disposal for pool and water treatment operations.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows approved risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Lead toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and safety trainings for operational teams.
• Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for inspections, permits, and incident reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture through continuous awareness and engagement with site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities for compliance inspections and certifications.
