Roles & Responsibilities

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance while promoting a safe and productive working environment within a fast-paced IT solutions company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
  • Monitor the proper use of safety equipment and protective measures.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in HSE roles.
  • Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and standards.
  • HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to handle safety responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
