Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor warehouse safety and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure proper PPE usage and safe warehouse operations.
  • Monitor housekeeping, safety signages, firefighting equipment, and emergency exits.
  • Maintain HSE records, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Fire fighting vendors management.
  • Conduct safety trainings with staff.
  • Conduct regular warehouse and facility audits.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for warehouse facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with JAFZA/EHS, HACCP, and UAE safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, environmental compliance, and facility upkeep across our warehouse operations. The role includes conducting safety inspections, facility audits, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
