Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.

Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and maintain safety documentation and performance records.

Coordinate emergency response drills and safety initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 5 years of experience in HSE within industrial or construction environment.

Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA) are preferred.

Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment.
