Hub Control Tower and MIS Executive RNA Resources Group Limited

We are looking for an individual with sharp design thinking, Ops execution, Program management skills and orientation toward data driven decision making for optimizing and innovating in the Last Mile supply chain function for Landmark E-commerce function. The role will involve close collaboration with all Landmark brands / concepts, warehouse, line haul, last mile and other teams to ensure that the infrastructure, manpower planning, processes, systems are always in place as we walk through the steep scale up for E-commerce business.

Responsibilities- Last Mile Operations

• Monitor daily last mile delivery operations through control tower systems, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate with drivers, hub supervisors, and customer service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Analyze reports to identify recurring bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Track performance KPIs (on-time delivery %, failed deliveries, DA productivity, vehicle utilization, etc..
• Prepare daily and weekly hub performance reports using Excel/Power BI.
• Support hub operations with route planning, allocation, and re-routing through system tools when required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and customer experience standards

Reporting and Process Improvements

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or similar tools for performance monitoring (preferred).
• Ability to handle GPS-based fleet tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using system data.
