Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leads the HR function to deliver Regional and Global HR strategies and policies, ensuring organizational effectiveness that supports both immediate and long-term business objectives.
Partners with management to accelerate talent deployment and development in compliance with company standards and KSA labor legislation
Executes Mammoet's HR strategy, annual business plans, operating model, authorization matrix, and business control framework
Ensures adherence to legal requirements, company procedures, and safety, health, sustainability, and social wellbeing standards
Collaborates closely with line management, field and office personnel, payroll officers, and the work council
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in HR or legal discipline with 15 years of relevant, broad, and deep work experience in people management, organization and job design, influencing & persuading and strong exposure to HR system in delivering results and meeting the customer expectation.
