Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a human resource management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply HR best practices.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage HR projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
