Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within diverse or multi-sector environments.

- Proven experience in establishing or significantly contributing to an HR department.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in HR management systems, labor regulations, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
