Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Human Resources:
- Personnel file management (contracts, absences, leave)
- Participation in the recruitment process (CV screening, invitations, candidate follow-up)
- Monitoring the integration of new employees
- Updating HR databases
- Administration :
- Management of administrative documents and archiving
- Drafting letters, internal memos and reports
- Monitoring of daily administrative tasks
- Coordination with the various departments
- Profile
- Degree in management, human resources or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role is preferred (internship accepted).
- Proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, email)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
