Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Human Resources:
  • Personnel file management (contracts, absences, leave)
  • Participation in the recruitment process (CV screening, invitations, candidate follow-up)
  • Monitoring the integration of new employees
  • Updating HR databases
  • Administration :
  • Management of administrative documents and archiving
  • Drafting letters, internal memos and reports
  • Monitoring of daily administrative tasks
  • Coordination with the various departments
  • Profile
  • Degree in management, human resources or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred (internship accepted).
  • Proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, email)
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
