Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
During the internship, participants support key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Common responsibilities include posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting in training and development activities.
Interns also help ensure accurate HR documentation, respond to employee inquiries, and support company policies and procedures. They typically work under the supervision of HR professionals, gaining insight into areas like compensation, performance management, and workplace compliance
