Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in line with company policies.
- Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks, providing support across various HR initiatives.
- Use HR software and tools to maintain accurate data and support HR processes.
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience in cooperative training programs and the Mowama Program strongly preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in HR software platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
