Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities at the project site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.

  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and manpower reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and site regulations.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related issues at the site.

  • Coordinate with project management and corporate HR for manpower planning and deployment.

  • Implement HR policies and procedures effectively at the site.

  • Assist in payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an EPC/project-based environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and site operations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project site environment.
