Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR activities at the project site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and site regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related issues at the site.
Coordinate with project management and corporate HR for manpower planning and deployment.
Implement HR policies and procedures effectively at the site.
Assist in payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an EPC/project-based environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and site operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project site environment.
