Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and integration of the various employees at the level of the department in accordance with the pre-defined recruitment plan
Manage the employee evaluation system by ensuring the quit, ethics and values of the company
Promoting mobility and career developments for operators within the province
Manage the development plan and the rise in competence of supervisors and managers by identifying key potentials at the level of the supervisor
To help create a good social climate and relay well-being at the level of the father
Ensuring the application and compliance with the legislation in force
Ensuring the application of the company's salary policy
Ensure internal communication and ensure the smooth flow of information within the organization
Support and accompany operational activities at the level of the department
To guide and advise the operational management on a daily basis through a presence of proximity and involvement in the different routines of the activity
Contribute to improving the HR process and steer the various HR actions within the department
Identification of HR improvement projects within the organization
