Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Human Resources strategy and HR policies in line with the company's strategy.
- Leading HR projects for the development and continuous improvement of the company.
- Ensure the implementation of the company's HR strategy.
- Assist the Director of the Establishment in the company's Human Resources projects.
- Develop and update HR procedures and ensure their compliance with legal requirements (labor code, occupational health and safety rules, etc.).
- Ensure the availability of the skills necessary to achieve the company's objectives.
- Ensure the proper application of HR procedures, particularly those related to recruitment, training, skills management, the remuneration system, etc.
- To define and implement performance evaluation systems.
- To support the various departments and structures of the company in HR matters.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skills development.
- Supervise the administrative management of personnel.
- Ensure budgetary management of payroll and staffing levels.
- Leading HR projects for the development and continuous improvement of the company.
- Ensure that the internal regulations are kept up to date in accordance with current regulations and internal procedures.
- Answering staff questions regarding personnel management (payroll, leave, employment contracts, career management, etc.).
- Implement the internal communication policy.
- Ensure compliance with the internal regulations.
- Higher education (Master's degree in Human Resources or Management).
- Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in managing HR teams.
- Expertise in labor law, payroll management, and social relations management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Mastery of legislative and regulatory frameworks relating to working conditions, health and safety in the workplace
- Mastering management software packages.
- Thorough knowledge of labor regulations.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Sense of communication and responsibility.

- Availability, rigor and organization.
